Counseling Services Manager

A team-focused, effective communicator who is deeply committed to providing the highest quality of customer service is needed full time to lead the Adoption Counseling Department at the Wisconsin Humane Society.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Promote team spirit
• Develop goals and track results
• Develop and analyze statistical reports based on surveys and other data collected
• Prioritize responsibilities
• Solve problems
• Provide support and guidance

Qualifications include a college degree and two or more years experience with staff supervision in an office management or customer service environment. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a strong negotiator and committed to treating animals with respect and kindness. Weekends and evenings are required.
