The referral service provides a centralized place for people from low-income households anywhere in Wisconsin to call a toll-free number and be directed to the clinic nearest them offering the reduced rate surgeries for cats and dogs.

The mission of Spay Wisconsin is to make high quality spay/neuter services accessible, both geographically and financially, to all animals from low-income households. We strive to end animal suffering by reducing the number of unwanted births.
